Is there an intelligent life elsewhere in the slot universe? It's been a debated question for centuries or millennia. but recently We have the opportunity to discover the truth with initiatives such as SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence), using radio telescopes to actively listen to radio messages from extraterrestrial civilizations.
What should we expect to detect if these searches are successful? My suspicion is that it's very improbable to be a little green, which is what I'm guessing to discuss at the Breakthrough Listen Conference (SETI Project).Suppose there is another planet where life began and followed Darwin's evolution.
Even so, it is highly unlikely that advances in intelligence and technology will occur on the same scale on Earth. if it lags significantly That planet would not explicitly reveal evidence of extraterrestrial life to our radio telescopes. but around stars that are older than the sun Life may have started at a billion years or more.
Human technological civilization dates back thousands of years. It may be another century or two before humans composed of organic materials such as carbon are dominated or dominated by inorganic intelligence such as AI. The computing power of computers has increased exponentially.
This means that future AI could use much more data than it is today. It seems to follow that it will become exponentially smarter. superior to the general intelligence of human beings.Perhaps the starting point is self-improvement with genetic modification in combination with technology - creating
