    I don't know if the industry partners have these confusions, that is, when your customer needs a certain protective film, the thickness of the layer used is OK, the viscosity is medium to high viscosity above you meet his standards, but the bottom film is too thin. Since the customer's requirement is for a good peel, we all know that a high quality PET protective film with a high viscosity will not peel well, and the thinner the base film the worse it will be. The thinner the base film, the worse it is to peel. And it just so happens that your customer has this situation will you choose to give up?

     

    I asked our engineer about this and he said that if you encounter this situation, you can choose to change the film if the conditions allow. In other words, you can remove the thin, high quality PET protective film and replace it with a thicker release film.

     

    Some of our customers may be very resistant to changing the film, and some may ask, "You won't have problems with dust, scratches and so on with this high quality PET protective film, will you? I'll say this, I can't say that there are no problems, after all, there are still risks, but in the case of Xinhao protective film manufacturers in mature technology, there are very few problems, so it can be said that changing the film is also a good solution, right?
