A Wedding in London With Effortless Glamour

  • It's simple for me to obtain lost inside a countryside dream, particularly when today's wedding sees floral beauty join the city slick. We're going to London's historic The Ned for any celebration which combines low-key glamour with soft, fresh blooms.

    To match her nails and lipstick, Casey selected an enjoyable pair of heels having a red cherry and floral pattern and much more florals originating from her fragrance, Rose 31.

    The couple was engaged in Tasmania, Australia, where they were on the long Saturday and Sunday from their home (in those days) in Sydney.

    "Keir had secretly booked an adorable beach house near The Bay of Fires like a surprise. The Bay of Fires was stunning. Imagine sweeping white sands and turquoise ocean with amazing bright orange lichen around the rocks."

    "We been with them all to ourselves and sat together on the rock where he proposed together with his grandmother's emerald and diamond engagement ring. I have always loved emeralds, so I couldn't believe my luck."

    "One of the most memorable moments was straight following the ceremony where Keir and I had a quarter-hour with each other traveling The Royal Exchange outside The Ned."

    "I savored those couple of minutes together because the whole day after which was filled with catching up and chatting to any or all our guests."

    All of those details, and a lot of joy and love, were caught in her signature artwork, atmospheric style. I love the timeless feel of those images, which also have a modern edge, and people's sunset shots up around the terrace are breathtaking.

    After dinner, it had been time for live music and Casey and Keir chose, an eight-piece Afrofusion band who got everyone around the dance floor using the first dance, an afrobeat song.

    "We wanted something which people would dance to – this option was the very best."
